Data we collect
When you subscribe, we collect the account and billing details needed to provide the service; these payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. On the website itself, we only use analytics (Google Analytics) to measure site usage. Minimal technical data (server logs) may be processed by our host for the security and proper functioning of the site. We collect only what we need.
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is used to create and manage your account, provide the service, and process your subscription payments. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you and, for analytics, your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Recipients and processors
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (hosting), which acts as a processor on our behalf. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe (payments), which handles your billing details as a processor. We also use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to measure site usage. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Some of these providers may involve a transfer of data to the United States under appropriate safeguards.
Retention period
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. We delete your personal data within 30 days after you cancel your subscription, unless the law requires us to retain it for longer.
Transfers outside the European Union
As our host is established in the United States, your data may be processed outside the European Union, subject to appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. You may exercise these rights at hello@odoproof.com and, in the event of difficulty, lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against any unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
