We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the waiting list registration form, namely your email address and the country of the page. Minimal technical data (server logs) may be processed by our host for the security and proper functioning of the site.

Your email address is used to inform you of the service launch and of early access. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Recipients and processors
The website and the form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which acts as a processor and stores the form submissions on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Retention period
Your data is kept until the service launches or until you withdraw your consent, then deleted within a reasonable time.
Transfers outside the European Union
As our host is established in the United States, your data may be processed outside the European Union, subject to appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. You may exercise these rights at hello@odoproof.com and, in the event of difficulty, lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
