Odoproof

Terms of Sale

1. Purpose and scope

These terms of sale govern the provision of the Odoproof service by ODYSSEE to the customer. Any subscription implies unreserved acceptance of these terms of sale.

2. Description of the service

Odoproof is an online service (SaaS) that automatically retrieves the trips of a Tesla vehicle, classifies them between business and personal use, and produces usable mileage statements for compliance purposes.

3. Pre-launch and waiting list

As of the publication date, the service is in a pre-launch phase. Registration for the waiting list is free and without commitment; it does not constitute a subscription. The final terms will be communicated when the service opens.

4. Price and payment

The service is offered from $9 per month depending on the plan chosen (Solo: $9/month for up to 3 vehicles; Business: $49/month for up to 30 vehicles; Custom: on quote), plus taxes where applicable, payable by the means of payment offered at the time of subscription.

5. Term, renewal and termination

The subscription is monthly and renewable. The customer may terminate at any time, with termination taking effect at the end of the current period; no pro-rata refund is due unless a mandatory legal provision requires otherwise.

6. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the rights of withdrawal provided for by the applicable regulations. For a digital service whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may be lost under the conditions provided for by law.

7. Customer obligations

The customer undertakes to provide accurate information, to hold the necessary rights over the connected vehicle, and to use the service in accordance with the law and these terms of sale.

8. Availability and liability

The company uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and accuracy of the service, without any guarantee of result. Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure, unavailability of a third-party service (in particular access to vehicle data), or non-compliant use.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge before any legal action. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be seized in accordance with the applicable rules.
